Once ordered, your order will take 1-4 business days to process and ship. Wrong addresses are not our responsibility. If you entered your address wrong, email us BEFORE we ship your order. We cannot change your address once the order is shipped. Any lost or stolen packages are also not our responsibility. Once a package is out of our hands, we unfortunately have no control over it.
