Refund policy
- Merchandise may ONLY be returned for STORE CREDIT. We do NOT offer exchanges or refunds.
- Return cost is your responsibility.
- All returns must be postmarked within 20 days of the original order date.
- All “SALE” items are considered FINAL SALE and will not be covered under the return guidelines. This includes orders that a coupon code/ sale discount is used on. We will not accept items that were purchased with a discount. If you return something to us that a discount was used on, you are responsible for shipping costs back to you.
- Returned items MUST include original tag and be returned in NEW CONDITION ( unwashed, unworn, makeup-free, no deodorant stains, no pet hair or odor)
- You will receive a store credit for a one-time use VIA email or text once we receive and process your return. This code can NOT be used with other discount codes.
- All accessories, candles, room sprays, and tumblers are final sale.
